What Is Babylitics?
Babylitics is a progressive web app (PWA) that parents can install on any device — iPhone, Android, or desktop — without visiting an app store. It tracks seven core areas of infant health:
- Feedings — log breastfeeding sessions (duration, side), formula feeds (volume in ml/oz), and solid foods with reactions
- Sleep — start a live timer for naps and nighttime sleep, with daily averages and trends
- Weight — record measurements and see them plotted against WHO growth curves
- Length/Height — track your baby's height and compare it to WHO percentiles by age
- Temperature — log readings and get instant fever status (Normal, Low-grade fever, Fever) based on AAP age-appropriate thresholds
- Diapers — track diaper changes by type (wet, dirty, or mixed) with daily counts and trends
- Secure Sharing — share selected data with your pediatrician or caregiver via a time-limited link or QR code — no account needed on their end
All data is compared against evidence-based guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), so you always know what's typical for your baby's age.
Why We Built This
Newborns need to feed 8–12 times per day in the first weeks of life. Missing feeds or underfeeding is one of the most common concerns new parents bring to their pediatrician.
